Web Services
The Tulane University Web site is maintained by the Office of the Vice President of University Communications, and is currently being revised. Please consult the university Webmaster for information on design guidelines.
Faculty or staff may may submit a request for an account on the university Web server. Students wishing to post Web content should contact the Student Web Team.
Web-based file sharing and document management is available using Greenspace. With Greenspace, you can organize and store files, allow multiple users to read and edit your files, e-mail a link to a file, and take advantage of the protection provided by nightly server backups. Log in using your Tulane user ID. Also see: Request more Greenspace storage space.

If you wish to purchase a computing system, we suggest you consider using one of our campus resellers. You'll receive discounts and we'll be better able to support your hardware needs should a problem arise.

User Support Services
Our End User Support group provides a range of technical support services for the Tulane community, including:
- Report a Problem
- Visit 102 Central Building to configure your laptop for virus protection
- Visit the Information Commons located on the 1st floor of the Howard-Tilton Memorial Library for walk-up services
- Computer labs
- Visit 102 Central Building for grade and test scoring services
- Departmental support for Microsoft Windows 2003 server, PHAROS printing services, and on-site technical support staff liaisons

Communication services
We offer and support resources to keep you connected with your community, such as e-mail, wireless, telephones, and mailing lists (listservs).
Enterprise services
Support for Tulane Accounting Management Systems (TAMS), the Budget Development System, The Library System, the Student Information System (SIS), the Payroll/Human Resources System (PPS), and Administrative Connections is provided by Software Application Services.
Fee-based services
We also offer a range of fee-based services for special events presentation, digital production, and broadcast for the Tulane community.
